6. Learning skills decisions - ugh - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
Train useful skills when logged on. Switch to learning when logging off. 5/5 is not worth it IMHO, 4/3 takes about 2 weeks and gives a nice boost. If you're really obsessy-compulsy like me you can go 5/4 or 5/5 but it's a huge pain in the butt.

When fitting a ship for NPCing, fit your TANK first, depending on what damage type you will be facing, fit your offense LAST, as long as you can tank the damage, your damage output is secondary. I re-iterate this is only for PVE.

I've been looking at the ship bonuses and features, and Caldari ships overall seem to have the best bonuses and slots for EW. Does anybody here have a different view? I think the Scorp is pretty much the best BS for EW.
